Team Manager - Good basic, opportunities for progression
Place: Derby An opportunity has arisen to join one of the top 5 UK food companies. This company are looking to recruit a team manager with a background in food to manage a number of staff. Their ideal candidate will currently be working within a similar environment either in food or food stuffs with experience of managing staff. This particular opportunity is working within the primary evisceration department. The ability to speak a second language of Polish, Lithuanian or Russian would be highly desirable as a number of employees are Eastern European. Other responsibilities will be training and daily allocation of duties and job rotation in their area. In return for your hard work and focussed approach you can expect a starting salary of at least £19,000 per annum.
